Observation

0165(2,d): licensor observed the following: trash bag in the toddler cubby, plastic bag in preschool sitting on top of a quiet cubby and in a child's individual cubby. A trash bag on a cart in the younger preschool room. Underneath the sink in a bathroom in younger preschool classroom was a trash bag. 0165(3,g): licensor observed the following: two toddler chair have rust and loose wiring, a piano that have rust on it, and gym mat that have tears on them. two chairs in the younger preschool classroom have loose wire and rust. two of the sinks in the preschool classroom have rusting around it. 0165 (5,b): licensor observed the plug in the younger preschool classroom bathroom near the sink not to be GFCI.
